Terms And Conditions Of Stay
House rules
- Valid identification + credit card required as part of all security for any damage or lost items.
- Full pre-payment required on credit cards 36hrs before arrival.
- A strict ‘NO PARTY’ policy, NO NOISE after 10PM, guests will be asked to leave if they do not comply to house rules.
- All room occupants must be declared on arrival, Non-paying guests strictly prohibited on the property.
- Primary guest must be 18 years or over.
- Strictly ‘NO SMOKING in ROOMS – (Penalties apply).
- STRICTLY NO Pets allowed on the premises – (Penalties apply)
- There is a 1.2% surcharge on all credit, debit and Eftpos transactions at our facility.
- For cancellation policy please refer to fine print or special conditions of booking.
- Cancellation is free of charge 36 hours prior to arrival.
- All cancellation requests must be made directly to booking website or agent.
- All parking is at owners’ risk (open car park).
- Any damage to rooms, broken or missing remotes for Tv’s & Air conditioning will be charged additional of $50, Lost Keys will be additional charged of $50.
- Booking at the Surf Beach Motel in Coffs Harbour you agree to all our terms and conditions and except full responsibility for any damage or lost items.

Parking Policy
- All parking is at owner’s risk (open car park cased on room type selected).
Lost & Found Policy
- Any items not claimed after 14 days will be disposed.
- Any items to be returned will require a stamped, self-addressed envelope to be sent to 25 Ocean Parade, Coffs Harbour. NSW. 2450, Australia Distance)
